   Contractors not currently pre-qualified can submit the below form for inclusion on the Borough's list of pre-qualified contractors.

    1. comply with public utility and PennDOT requirements and guidelines
    2. comply with ANSI Z133 Tree Safety Standards and ANSI A300 Tree Care Standards and Regulations
    3. not subcontract work to any individual or entity that does not meet the foregoing qualifications
