Road Closures in the Borough of West Chester
The 200 block of N Darlington between Patton Alley and W. Washington Street will be closed today (3/30/2020) from 9AM-3PM.
PECO gas work is being performed from 9A – 3PM today closing the following streets. West Washington from New to Darlington Sreets and Darlington from Patton Alley to Washington.
March 24 - The 300 block of North Darlington Street will be closed all day for AQUA work.
March 20 - the 200 block of N Darlington Street has been closed by PECO for the next 3 hours (until about 1pm).
March 19 - Emergency repair work is being performed by AQUA in 300 block of N Church. Closure is expected until 3pm.
March 19 - The 500 block of North Darlington Street will be closed today between Marshall & Virginia Streets as well as Virginia Avenue between Church Street and New Street for Aqua water main work.
March 16 - The 100 block of W Miner is being shut down for a gas emergency. The road will be closed for approximately 1 hour starting at 12 noon.

Monday, March 9 - Aqua is closing Sharpless Street today between S Wayne and Brandywine St from 9AM – 12 noon.
Please be aware that Aqua will be performing work at the intersection of S. Church and University Avenue on Monday, March 8, 2020 from 7:30M – 12noon. Church Street will be closed at Sharpless and University will be closed at Reynolds Alley. Only Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. WCU has been notified.
The Northbound lane of the 50 block of N. Matlack Street will be closed today, March 3rd as well as Middle Alley between N. Matlack and N. Franklin St. This closure will be from 9AM – 3PM.
The 200 block of W Barnard will be closed today from 9AM – 2PM today, March 2 for an emergency service call.

PECO will be installing a new gas main in the 50 block of North Church Street starting February 24th to service the new building at the corner of Church and Gay. The project is estimated to last approximately 2 weeks. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. There will be lane restrictions on Market Street as well.

Spruce Alley will be closed tomorrow, January the 8th and Friday the 9th between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM from Woodbine Alley to Darlington Street to re mediate a leaking oil tank.
