Borough Building Closed

The Borough Building will be closed until further notice in response to preventative measures regarding COVID-19.


Although the Municipal Building is closed, our staff is working in the office and remotely and we will do our best to continue providing service.

Borough Council Meetings

All Borough Council Council meetings are being conducted virtually, through WebEx until further notice

Trash & Recycling 

Trash and Recycling will continue your normal collection days.


Street Sweeping is occurring normally.


The yard waste schedule and drop off services have been suspended. Public Works will pick up their yard waste bags and limbs on their trash day every week, as long as it is compliant   It is a separate truck, but on their trash day.

Parking Services

Parking enforcement and services are running normally. Because the building is closed parking tickets may be payed or disputed online. Parking permits may also be purchased online.


Essential services will continue which include, regular trash & recycling pick-up, and street sweeping in Town Center only. There will be no non-essential services from the Public Works

Borough Parks, Playgrounds & Basketball Courts

The playground equipment in all borough parks are closed until further notice.

The basketball courts in the borough parks are closed until further notice.

Chester County Health Department (CCHD)

Call: If you have specific questions about COVID-19, you can call CCHD at 610-344-6225 and follow the phone prompts. Staff are on site seven days a week from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM answering questions. After hours you will be connected to the Greater Philadelphia Coronavirus Helpline which is staffed 24/7.
