The department of information technology services is responsible for the maintenance, management and visioning of all technology services for all departments in the Borough of West Chester. This includes help desk services, network maintenance, telecommunication services, social media services, software services, application & data services.

  • Compliance management.
  • Purchasing and invoicing for all technology related services for all departments.
  • Recording services for public meetings.
  • Help Desk support for all staff & elected officials.
  • Manages and maintains the Borough of West Chester website and all mobile services.
  • Social media initiatives (facebook & twitter) for the organization.
  • Radio services for the police department, public works and parks and recreation.
  • Short term and long term visioning of the organization's use of technology services.
  • Project management relating to technology related initiatives.
